Yes. EuroTech Mobile is fully insured for mobile service operations, including coverage for customer vehicles while they are in our care. Every appointment is handled with an approved scope of work, documented inspections, and a controlled mobile setup.

EuroTech Mobile focuses on European vehicles, including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Volvo, MINI, and Land Rover. We may also service non-European vehicles when the job fits our mobile scope, especially for current customers or when we are already servicing another vehicle at the same location.

Most services can be performed in a driveway, garage, or suitable parking area with enough room to work safely around the vehicle. Final workspace suitability is evaluated on arrival. If the location, surface, access, weather, or repair scope is not a good fit for mobile service, we’ll review the situation and recommend the best next step before work begins.

We use a three-layer mat system, organized tool placement, and controlled fluid-handling procedures to help protect the work area. Oil services are performed with specialized crankcase drain-control equipment, a purpose-built waste-oil system, and sealed containers to reduce open-fluid handling.

We select parts and fluids based on the vehicle, service, and manufacturer requirements. When appropriate, we use OEM, OE, or high-quality OEM-equivalent parts, along with oils and fluids that meet the required specification for the vehicle.

Customer-supplied parts may be considered case by case and must be reviewed before the appointment is confirmed. EuroTech Mobile cannot warranty customer-supplied parts, fitment, or part quality. Some services require parts and fluids supplied through our approved vendors.

After you submit a request, we review the vehicle information, service concern, available service records, and parts availability. We then send an estimate for approval based on the information provided. Once the vehicle is inspected on site, we confirm the final approved scope before work begins. Any additional recommendations are documented and approved separately before work is performed.

Payment can be made on site with a secure card reader or digitally through the invoice. You’ll receive a clear invoice and receipt for the approved work completed.
